About Blue Box

Blue Box is a digital suggestion box platform that provides you with the opportunity to be heard.  In the past, you may have wanted to share some information with us but may not have been sure how to go about it.

Blue Box will provide all staff with the opportunity to:

  • Provide feedback or suggestions to the leadership team
  • Submit a question or suggested topic for the next All Staff meeting.

One of Blue’s goals is to improve our collective work experience and encourage innovation and operational efficiencies. We are open to suggestions for making improvements or increase efficiencies, and this online tool is a portal to capture this information.

We strongly encourage you to provide us with feedback or suggestions as often as you like. Tell us what’s on your mind. We only ask that you adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Rule Book below.  We look forward to hearing from you.

Blue Box Rule Book

  1. We ask that any suggestions relating to efficiencies and improvements within your department are directed to your manager. You are welcome to provide feedback or suggestions as it relates to cross-departmental work, or support functions such as IT, HR, Admin, or Finance.
  2. Unfortunately, Blue Box is not the forum to be negative without providing a constructive solution. We are happy to receive all feedback, but it must be constructive and respectful and usually benefit or be applicable to more than just one individual. If your feedback or suggestion is referring to or benefits only one individual, we encourage you to meet with your manager or HR.
  3. Making a suggestion, even if it is brilliant (!) and is highly supported, does not guarantee that management will proceed with the suggestion. We may not be in a position to proceed with a particular submission for a number of different reasons including resource or budget constraints. But we can assure you that we will review and will take each suggestion under consideration.
  4.  While not ideal, you are welcome to submit BOX feedback anonymously if you prefer. If you choose not to provide your name, know that your feedback will be anonymous and cannot be traced back to you. The Blue Box URL link is a common general link (Barry use barry.jack@onls.org) with no way for us to know who provided the input.
